Both layouts include tables, chairs, white tablecloths, china, silverware, glassware, and full setup and teardown staffing. You don't need to rent anything separately.

Grand Junction's climate rewards smart timing. Here's what to expect across the year:

Spring (March–April) Mild temperatures and blooming color make this a popular shoulder season. Book early — spring dates fill faster than most people expect. Wind can pick up, so tent anchoring is standard.

Summer (May–August) Peak season runs hot. By 2 p.m. in June, July, and August, temperatures in the Grand Valley regularly hit the 90s. Morning ceremonies and evening receptions work best. Winter (November–February) Smaller intimate events work beautifully in winter. Lower venue fees apply, and the space feels private and relaxed. Outdoor options depend on weather, but our indoor spaces have the same Monument views.

Your event day runs on a clear timeline, and our coordinator is on-site from setup through final send-off. Here's what that looks like:

• Morning: Our team sets the space — tables, linens, ceremony seating, and décor lighting
• Pre-event: Coordinator does a final walkthrough with you or your point of contact
• Arrival: Guests park on-site; staff directs flow from arrival to seating
• Ceremony and reception: Coordinator manages timing, vendor cues, and any weather calls
• Food and bar service: Our in-house kitchen and bar team handles everything from your approved menu
• Close: Full teardown handled by our crew — you leave without hauling anything out

If an afternoon storm moves in during July or August, we have a covered contingency plan ready. We make the call early so your event doesn't skip a beat.

How to Confirm Your Outdoor Venue Booking Is Complete

Your booking is confirmed once these steps are complete:

• Date selected and availability confirmed
• $2,000 non-refundable deposit received
• Contract signed
• Menu consultation scheduled
• 70% of estimated total due 60 days before your event
• Final guest count submitted 14 days before your event
• Final balance paid 14 days before your event

Grand Junction's peak outdoor season — May through October — books out 6 to 12 months ahead. If you have a date in mind, the sooner you lock it in, the better. Off-season dates have more flexibility, but popular fall weekends go fast too.
